The Sisterhood is a women’s advocacy and leadership collective focused on advancing women’s influence, agency and participation across society. We create intentional spaces, initiatives and experiences that support women in leadership, foster meaningful connection and drive long-term impact.

Who is The Sisterhood for?

The Sisterhood is for women who lead, influence and shape outcomes across business, community, culture, and public life, as well as those preparing to step into greater responsibility and leadership. Our community spans generations, industries and geographies.

Is The Sisterhood a networking group?

Connection is part of what we do, but The Sisterhood is not a traditional networking organization. Our focus is on intentional convening, leadership development, advocacy and collective influence, where relationships are built through purpose, shared responsibility and meaningful engagement.

What types of experiences should we expect?

Our engagements range from high-level strategic sessions and curated gatherings to advocacy platforms, curated activities and event as well as next-generation leadership initiatives. These include Power of Power, Brunch Labs, Pop-Ups, The Sister Network, Kynn (our sister sorority) and Power Players.

What makes The Sisterhood different?

The Sisterhood is grounded in depth, intention and strategic action. We are less focused on visibility for its own sake and more committed to creating environments where women can reclaim power, affirm agency and influence systems, together.

How can I participate or get involved?

Participation varies by engagement. Some initiatives are open through invitation or application, while others are curated for specific audiences or leadership levels. Opportunities include attending events, joining collectives, contributing expertise or partnering with us.

Is membership required to engage?

No. While some experiences are invitation-based or community-driven, many of our engagements are accessible through participation, partnership or contribution. Our focus is on alignment, not formality.
