Kynn

Kynn, derived from Next of Kin, is The Sisterhood’s sister sorority dedicated to cultivating the next generation of women in leadership, influence and service. Rooted in kinship and continuity, Kynn creates a sense of belonging, shared responsibility and collective advancement for women stepping into their leadership journeys.

Designed as an intentional bridge between generations, Kynn focuses on leadership development, confidence-building and strategic exposure, equipping women with the insight, community and perspective needed to navigate complexity and lead with clarity. Through mentorship, curated experiences and intergenerational exchange, members are supported to grow not in isolation, but within a trusted circle grounded in shared values and collective wisdom.
